Rosh Tech Warranty
All instrumentation manufactured by Rosh Tech is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five full years from the date of purchase. Any instrument that proves defective when used for its intended purpose will be repaired or replaced at no charge, at the sole discretion of Rosh Tech. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
In no event shall Rosh Tech be liable to the buyer, or any successors of the buyer, for any claim related to lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, or consequential or incidental damages of any kind, for any amount exceeding the purchase price of the product. Rosh Tech agrees to replace or issue credit, at our sole option, for any product determined to be defective in materials or workmanship. Rosh Tech shall not be responsible for the cost of labor or charges of any kind incurred due to product defect. Your rights under this warranty may vary from country to country.
IMPORTANT: All Rosh Tech instrumentation must be returned to our facility for refurbishment, repair, or sharpening. Refurbishment or repair of our instrumentation by any other resource will void the warranty.
